Mr Sippy’s BBQ
Greg & Cecil have come up with the perfect BBQ! Well that’s what so many people have said. Chris Pandolfi from The Infamous Stringdusters once said after biting into a pulled pork sandwich: “This is a taste explosion!” Rafael Alvarez wrote in the Baltimore examiner: “…the best pork bbq sandwich I’ve ever eaten.” Tommy Goodman says “I think they’re the best bbq ribs ever.” And frankly, we’ve had too many people tell us that our wood-fired pizza is “The best I’ve ever eaten.”
At the CCM we shoot for the best we can make, every time we serve. We think you will agree.
Greg’s Steaks
Uncle Trent came in last week and said: “I heard you had the best steaks anywhere.” I said have a seat and just be patient and I’ll check back with you. He has repeated what I know I’ve heard dozens of times: That’s the best steak I’ve ever eaten.” or words to that effect. This commentary for the steaks begins again every weekend. Wood-Fired Pizza
With Mockingbird Bakery’s amazing sour dough crusts, we begin our pizza’s by making our sauces from scratch with fine ingredients. Then we fire-roast fresh peppers, caramilize our sweet onions, saute and cook the meat toppings to perfection, add cheeze and a…dash of magic dust and voila you’ve got the best pizza in Mississippi. (I’ll take that challenge.) No one else is doing this…yet. Come see what we’re talking about.
